Fleur-de-Lis Apartments are the finest BYU-Contracted Women's Off-Campus Housing.
Each unit has 1,400 square feet. Quality furnishings include leather furniture and tiled kitchen. Four private bedrooms, each at least 100 square feet. Most of our residents sign one-year contracts, the least expensive way to enjoy the comforts of Fleur-de-Lis Apartments.
Our "D" rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are larger than other rooms, with more closet space. Located away from the other bedrooms, residents of the "D" rooms enjoy an extra measure of privacy. These rooms rent for $10 per month more than other 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.
We understand that your plans may not allow you to sign a one-year contract. But, you can still enjoy the Fleur-de-Lis lifestyle by signing a Fall/Winter contract. Only one other complex in our class offers a Fall/Winter contract -- and that's with higher rent and fees! Even though a Fall/Winter contract costs a little more each month, our apartments remain the best value among newer buildings with private rooms.
To hold a reservation, we require a security/cleaning deposit of $500. Of that amount, $75 per year is a non-refundable, cleaning fee that includes carpet, furniture, and parking garage cleaning, as well as airfilter replacement. The cleaning fee is charged when a student moves out, $75 for every year or part of a year in the apartments.

Say goodbye to the hassle of moving utilities into and out of your name. Forget fighting to get roommates to pay a fair share of the bills. All utilities are in the owner's name.
The owner pays sewer, water and garbage charges. You, and those sharing your apartment, pay electricity and gas. Management divides up the bills and charges you your share.
The owner provides free high-speed Internet access.
Free Cable TV is provided in each living room. For $12 a month, you may purchase Cable TV service in your bedroom.
Each resident of the Fleur-de-Lis Apartments and of the duplex at 274/276 East 300 North, has the right to park in the underground structure. Access is through the security garage door. A $40 deposit is required for a garage door opener. Fleur-de-Lis and duplex residents are also permitted to park on the parking terrace immediately to the West of the Fleur-de-Lis Apartments.
Unauthorized vehicles in the parking garage or on the parking terrace, after BYU curfew hours, will be towed, at their owners' expense.
