The upstairs duplex unit is a very spacious, air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment.  The living room is twice the size found in typical Provo homes!  Owner provides cable in the living room, Internet access, water and garbage.

Occupants pay $750 rent per month and are responsible for electricity, gas and telephone.  Rental deposit is $900, of which $50 per year is a non-refundable, carpet cleaning charge.

The large basement unit of the duplex very comfortably accommodates 3 men.

This apartment features a game/study room.  Close off to get your homework done or go head to head with multiple players on computers, X-boxes or Playstations.
