the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Modern Rent & Utilities Payment System
Rent and utilities are paid by automatic withdrawal from a
designated checking account or charged to a credit/debit card.
Rent is never charged earlier than the 5th of the month.
So there's no hassle getting a check to management by the first
of the month!
All utilities are in management's name, so there's no worry
about set-up fees or deposits. Each resident is billed for
her share of utilities individually, so there's no chasing after
roommates for their share of payments.
